How we, at Paspartu, process personal information
We process the personal information you provide us, for the purpose of delivering translation and localization services, for fulfilling orders and invoicing services. The data provided will be stored whilst the commercial relationship lasts, or for the duration needed to comply with legal obligations in force. The data are only ceded to the necessary consultants for fiscal matters and to companies related to Paspartu, and will not be passed on to other third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so, or you have explicitly agreed so.
What pieces of personal information we process from our freelance translators
Paspartu only requires and collects information and personal data that is directly related to your capacity of translator/ Subject Matter Expert or other linguist related profession. Such pieces of information prove your identity, and that you have the capacity, degrees and expertise to provide the translation services offered by Paspartu to its clients. Also, Paspartu will process those personal details related to making payments for your services.
Right to modify or delete personal information
You are entitled to obtain confirmation on whether, at Paspartu, we are processing your personal data, which data we are processing, and therefore you have the right to update or rectify inexact data, as well as have the data erased when they are no longer necessary.
Receiving emails/email policy
The emails you receive from us refer either to work in progress, potential new projects or similar related to the execution of our translation solutions. You have explicitly agreed to continue to receive emails from any Paspartu team member, in relation to the translation services provided as part of our cooperation. In case you wish to be deleted from our email list, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and write OPT-OUT in your email title.
